Exchange, Returns and Refund
1. Exchanges or Refunds are accepted when items are:
(i) Incorrect
(ii) Defective
Please drop us an email at sales@effayashthelabel.co with the following details:
1. Your invoice number
2. The matter of the issue (incorrect/faulty)
3. The serial number found in the product tag/packaging
4. Picture or videos whichever applicable,
We only accept refunds/exchanges on items that are in standard sizes only. Custom sizes are non-refundable as they have been made especially for you.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be liable for any lost returns. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds if the item has not reached out warehouse.
Please ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. The item must be in the original condition with it's original packaging and garment tag intact. We are unable to accommodate any refunds or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Upon the arrival of your return parcel at our warehouse, our team will take 3 to 5 to inspect and process your refunds/exchange Once your return is inspected, we will send an email to notify if the refund/exchange has been approved or rejected.
2. The following are not considered defects:
(i) Measurements varying 0.5 to 0.75 inches from the stated measurements.
(ii) Slight colour discrepancies arising from difference in computer screen resolution.
(iii) Items with slight imperfections (loose, threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item.
If defect is ascertained, an exchange of the same in the same size and colour will be provided (subjected to stock availability).
A courier will deliver the replacement item in exchange for the defective one.
In the situation that the item of the same size and colour is out of stock, the customer will be reimbursed with store credits of the same amount.
Store credits will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the item.
