1. Do you have a shop?
Yes we do have a physical shop available by appointment only. All ready-to-wear dresses are available on our website.
2. Are the dresses available instock?
Our bridal collection is mostly produced in micro batches OR pre-order. This is to reduce overstock wastage as well as refocusing on the quality of each production. Please note that the production lead time for pre-order purchases take about 4 weeks (including delivery timeframe) from the time we receive your order.
3. Exchange, Returns and Refunds.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted when items are:
(i) Incorrect
(ii) Defective
Please drop us an email at sales@effayashthelabel.co with the following details:
1. Your invoice number
2. The matter of the issue (incorrect/faulty)
3.. Picture or videos whichever applicable,
We only accept refunds/exchanges on items that are in standard sizes only. Custom sizes are non-refundable as they have been made especially for you.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not liable for any lost returns. We reserve the rights to withhold any refunds if the item has not reached our warehouse.
Please ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. The item must be in the original condition with it's original packaging and garment tag intact. We are unable to accommodate any refunds or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Upon the arrival of your returned parcel at our warehouse, our team will take 3 to 5 days to inspect and process your refunds/exchanges. Once your return has been inspected, we will notify you via email if the refund/exchange has been approved or rejected.
